Dai Wo You Zui Shi – Chapter 174

Yin Feng smiled and began to lick her palm. This time she applied real force, shoving him away. He stumbled back two steps, desire churning in his eyes. You Mingxu’s face remained flushed, her hair disheveled. Under his gaze dark with barely contained lust, she calmly rebuttoned her uniform and straightened her clothes and hair before saying coolly, “A kiss for mutual pleasure is enough. Don’t read too much into it.”

Yin Feng suddenly found himself speechless.

In all these years, this was the first time a woman had used him and cast him aside.

“Is this all I am to you?” he asked coldly.

You Mingxu laughed lightly, walking back to the table and popping a piece of fruit into her mouth. “What were you expecting?”

Look at that choice of words – “expecting.”

Yin Feng suppressed the anger rising in his chest and sat down, saying, “You Mingxu, he needs you.”

You Mingxu looked at him.

“The You Yingjun inside me, he can’t live without you.”

The night was still, the starlight silent.

You Mingxu gazed into his eyes – black, clear, and unfathomable. When this man looked at you so quietly, for a moment, he seemed both Yin Feng and You Yingjun at once.

You Mingxu asked, “What exactly do you want?”

Yin Feng’s hand reached out, those long, slender fingers stopping just beside hers. Instead of grasping it, he curled his index finger and began to stroke the back of her hand gently, repeatedly: “No one can predict the future. For now, just come back to me.”

Let me possess you, satisfy me.

Let me understand my own heart, and where it truly wants to go.

You Mingxu allowed his provocative caress to continue, smiling slightly: “Your return to me isn’t impossible.”

Yin Feng’s brows furrowed slightly. This woman!

You Mingxu caught his teasing finger in her hand. Yin Feng’s heart trembled at the contact, the soft delicate touch of her fingertip sending another wave of unbearable desire through his body.

Playing with his captured finger, she said, “But only if you remember everything.”

Yin Feng gripped her hand tightly and said, “Aren’t you asking the impossible? What if I never remember? You Mingxu, some things are stored in the subconscious, deep in the soul. Memories are just surface manifestations – they shouldn’t be forced. Do you understand?”

You Mingxu remained silent for a long while before saying, “Perhaps.”

But I still want You Yingjun.

“Fine, I’ll compromise,” she said with a slight twist of her lips. “If you can remember what you said to me the day we got together, I’ll be with you.”

Yin Feng studied her impassive expression, considering the increasing frequency of memory fragments surfacing in his mind lately. Feeling his odds were good, he nodded: “Alright. But I have a condition too.”

You Mingxu glanced at him: “What right do you have to make conditions? You think you can just break up or reconcile at your whim?”

The muscles in Yin Feng’s jaw twitched twice, but he smiled instead: “Enough, I was wrong before. Stop being angry. My request is quite reasonable. You want me to recover my memories, and so do I. But human memory systems usually need key triggers for awakening. Without question, you are that key trigger. So from now on… you and I should spend more time together, whether working on cases or sharing meals like today. Do more of the things we used to do together. Stop treating me like your sworn enemy. I think that would help me recover faster. Do this favor for me, and for You Yingjun too, alright?”

You Mingxu was silent for several seconds, heaving an internal sigh before saying: “Alright.”
