Synopsis:

Deng Ying was a historically infamous official of the Eastern Depot. Yang Wan spent ten years of her academic career working to restore his reputation. During the presentation of her academic findings, Yang Wan time-traveled to that era, coincidentally encountering her research subject, Deng Ying, and witnessing the beginning of his tragic life.
