Chapter 2: A Familiar Feeling

Look at him, so cold and heartless! Even facing her heavenly beautiful face, he could still raise his hand against her! He must be holding a grudge about her falling on his face and turning it blue earlier, now wanting to turn her neck into a rainbow of colors!

With her throat neither able to exhale nor inhale, Fengyue struggled to pry Yin Gezhi’s hands away. Seeing she was about to be strangled, she simply extended her long legs, jumped up to clamp his waist, and launched a surprise attack with the “Monkey Steals the Peach” move!

He hadn’t expected resistance, and even if he had, he certainly hadn’t expected this kind. Yin Gezhi dodged and flung her away!

“You’re still a woman, how can you be so vulgar!” He brushed his clothes vigorously, glaring at her with disgust.

Coughing and catching her breath, Fengyue slowly rolled her eyes: “And you’re supposed to be a young master, aren’t you just as vulgar? Bullying a weak woman behind closed doors, what kind of hero does that make you!”

Weak woman?

Letting out a cold laugh, Yin Gezhi couldn’t be bothered to argue with her, simply walking toward her step by step.

She wanted to maintain her dignity and talk back, but looking up—damn! There was killing intent! Fengyue instantly decided dignity was the most worthless thing in the world! Wiping her face, and flicking her sleeves, she threw herself at his feet with a whimper, clutching his legs and refusing to let go:

“Young Master, let’s talk this over nicely~ You’re wronging an innocent person! This slave has never had dealings with anyone outside, and I’ve just started receiving clients, I don’t even know the Crown Prince you mentioned. If my expression was strange earlier, it’s only because your face is too handsome, reminding me of someone from the past.”

“Oh?” Stopping his steps, looking down at the person at his feet, Yin Gezhi sneered: “Someone from the past?”

“Just someone from the past! Died horribly! Blood flowing from seven orifices, drawn and quartered by horses, bones burned in the wilderness without even ashes remaining!” She said it all in one breath without pause. Darkness flashed in Fengyue’s eyes, but when she looked up, she smiled fawningly, her eyes narrowed to slits: “I miss him too much, so I got a bit excited seeing you.”

Is that so? Yin Gezhi fell silent, his gaze cutting down from her head like a knife, painfully sharp.

Meeting his gaze, Fengyue pulled open her clothes at the shoulder, twisting her little shoulders and batting her coquettish eyes: “Besides, if I only wanted to seduce the Crown Prince, why would I be so enthusiastic toward you? The Crown Prince and you are both clients, you’re all the same to this slave.”

Thinking about it this way, she hadn’t lied. Earlier she had dared to reach inside his clothes in public; if her target had been only the Crown Prince, she definitely shouldn’t have tried to seduce him.

His gaze softened, and the killing intent around him dissipated considerably. After a moment of calm, Yin Gezhi said: “In that case, I wronged you.”

“Now that you know you wronged me, shouldn’t you offer some compensation?” Rising with coquettish anger, Fengyue jabbed his chest with her hennaed finger, utterly wronged yet full of charm.

The finger looked gentle, but when it landed, Yin Gezhi felt like a chopstick was trying to pierce his chest.

Was this supernatural strength or intentional?

Sitting down on the chair behind him, he looked up to see the woman before him touching her finger to her lips, taking delicate steps toward him. Her clothes slipped down like water, revealing long red silk ribbons bound around her wrists.

Red suited her well, and these silk ribbons were cleverly tied. With just a slight raise of her hands, the vivid color would slide past her eyebrows across her snow-white skin, falling onto her silk underskirt, creating ripples of ambiguity.

As expected of someone in this profession, she had skill in seduction.

Yin Gezhi wasn’t abstinent, but he also wasn’t someone who could be active with just anyone. So even though the scene before him was sensually alive, he just watched quietly, waiting for this enchantress to coil around his body and breathe hotly in his ear.

Fengyue was like a snake spirit, climbing onto his body and wrapping around him tightly, arms around his neck, legs around his waist, very familiar with what she was doing, finding the tender spot behind his ear and gently biting.

He let out a muffled groan, his pupils contracting.

A familiar tingling sensation swept through his entire body, causing him to grab the arm of the person on top of him: “You?!”

“Oh my, is Young Master sensitive here too?” Fengyue giggled.

Too?

Something flashed in his eyes, and Yin Gezhi’s face darkened.

A courtesan had served countless men, and finding sensitive spots on clients’ bodies was common practice.

He felt her wrist—not a trace of inner force, soft and weak, not a martial artist.

Releasing her hand, Yin Gezhi closed his eyes, giving a faint “mm,” then allowed her to do as she pleased with his body.

He hadn’t planned to spend the night outside, but considering it felt rather good, he’d make an exception.

In the flickering candlelight, Fengyue removed his clothes piece by piece, her hands sliding down his muscular arms, slipping into his palms, opening his fists, their fingers intertwining.

Yin Gezhi half-opened his eyes.

“Why are you crying?” he asked.

“Hmm?” Fengyue looked confused, touching her face, then burst out laughing: “Oh my, this slave’s eyes have a condition, they tend to tear up when seeing light at night, Young Master needn’t mind.”

Tears from seeing light? Yin Gezhi turned his head, looked at the burning lamp on the table, and reached out to extinguish it.

The room instantly darkened, moonlight streaming in from outside, faintly illuminating Fengyue’s eyes, which had grown as large as bronze bells.

“I don’t like sleeping with lights either,” he said flatly, standing up.

He didn’t stand up holding Fengyue, didn’t stand up embracing her, just stood up straight while she was still wrapped around him!

Fengyue, who had been maintaining an elegant pose, suddenly screamed and clung to him, trembling: “Can’t you support me a little!”

“Support?”

“Just don’t let me fall!”

Walking toward the bed, Yin Gezhi said: “If you fall, just get up yourself, I’m too lazy to move.”

Fengyue: “…”

Clutching him tightly, she had to laugh at the absurdity. After all these years, Young Master Yin was still so inconsiderate toward women. What was even more laughable was that despite his lack of consideration, women willing to fall from his body and climb back up themselves could still line up from the start of Flaunting Street to the end of Jade-Chiming Street.

This was all fate!

Resigned to her fate, she clung to him until he lay on the bed. Only then did Fengyue breathe a sigh of relief, gritting her teeth and speaking in a coy voice: “Young Master is truly different from ordinary men, particularly cold.”

“You’re also different from ordinary courtesans, particularly eye-catching.”

His voice resonated from his chest. Fengyue laughed coquettishly, nestling in his arms, her fingers trailing downward: “Aren’t men in such places just looking for a pleasing girl to share spring nights with? Some like refinement, some like eye-catching ones like this slave. Many men prefer eye-catching ones like me but can’t admit it due to their status and face.”

Just like this beast in gentleman’s clothing.

Yin Gezhi let out a muffled groan, neither agreeing nor disagreeing, but because this enchantress had found another of his sensitive spots.

How many men had she served to be able to find these spots on his body so accurately?

Yin Gezhi felt somewhat disgusted by her impurity, but it was too late to leave now. His body grew hot, his expression gradually becoming dazed from the sensual stimulation.

No one had given him such feelings for a long time, as if breaking the rope that bound him, letting him be swept by the torrent into a bottomless whirlpool, lost, sinking…

Beyond salvation.

Fengyue stayed busy all night, not knowing how he would treat her after daybreak, so she used every trick she knew to ignite his hidden fire. There wasn’t a spot on his body she didn’t know, but now she was completely unfamiliar to him.

With the enemy in the light and herself in the dark, Fengyue naturally won this battle decisively. Although she ended up tied to the bedpost begging for mercy, seeing Yin Gezhi’s loss of control and desperate state gave her great satisfaction.

Everything had changed, but at least their bodies still fit together perfectly.

They both slept until nearly noon the next day. When Yin Gezhi opened his eyes, Fengyue had just woken too, mumbling something unclear and wrapping her arms around his waist, burrowing into his embrace.

The warmth in his arms created an odd feeling in his heart. He picked her up and pinched her chin, examining her carefully: “Have I met you somewhere before?”
