After so many years, such a person had appeared again — someone so powerful that blood surged and trembled in awe. Was this the rise of Ye Fan, the Holy Body? His true path of return!

What overwhelming dominance — treading upon an Ancient Emperor’s daughter, his fist shaking the son of a Forbidden Zone. What manner of person had ever witnessed such a scene?

The blood of many boiled with excitement!

Ye Fan had cleaved through all restraints, shattered every ordered divine chain, broken open the shackles of his body. The moment he recovered, he was already this dominant — awe-inspiring, like a demon lord returning against heaven’s will, with none who could oppose him.

“Master!” Hua Hua clenched her fists, her blood vessels surging, and she cried out in exhilaration, thrilled and overjoyed for her master. Three hundred years of hardship had finally tempered an invincible body.

“Good, he’s finally broken through! There will be no more hidden troubles. Let’s see who dares come and stir trouble — kill them all clean!” Li Heishui also shouted, pumping his fist in the air.

Li Tian, Dongfang Ye, and the others roared with excitement too, feeling their blood run hot, as though that silhouette standing tall in the starry sky was themselves — suppressing Ancient Emperor bloodlines.

Ye Fan had finally broken through. He had endured so many bitter calamities, and now that this day of achievement had come, many understood that no one could obstruct his path any longer.

This moment declared his true rise, announcing to the world that the one who had once swept across the ancient paths of the stars had returned — and many a great enemy would now begin to tremble!

“Ahh—!” Shen Ming roared in fury, his twin fists shaking as he struck fiercely upward against the enormous hand descending from above. He wrenched his spine straight by sheer force, refusing to kneel.

He was filled with unwillingness. That hand had nearly toppled him, nearly forced him to submit upon the ground — an unspeakable humiliation. Who was he? The Son of a Forbidden Zone, a descendant of an ancient supreme being, one who ought to awe the heavens!

Yet even as he struggled, the joints in his bones let out cracking sounds, on the verge of shattering — one could only imagine how terrifying the fist bearing down above his head truly was.

This filled him with even greater humiliation. To be in such a posture — the overwhelming force nearly preventing him from lifting his head. His opponent was performing an utterly dominant suppression.

What manner of being could be so transcendent, standing above the vault of heaven, bringing down a casual fist like this that could make him fall? Unforgivable. Every drop of blood and every bone in his body trembled with rage.

And feeling even greater humiliation than he was the Golden Celestial Maiden — she was being trodden upon by an enormous foot wreathed in blazing golden light, her entire body quaking violently. Were it not for her arms exerting force and releasing the world-shaking Ancient Emperor secret arts she had inherited, she certainly would not have been able to withstand it.

This posture, this outcome — her golden blood boiled throughout her body. Never had the child of an emperor submitted in such fashion. Her eyes sharpened like heavenly swords, golden pupils erupting with beams of light.

She was doing everything she could to counterattack. Over ten thousand golden runes flickered as divine beings descended, surging together to blast upward and destroy that godlike silhouette above.

The Golden Celestial Maiden felt even more humiliated than Shen Ming. She was a supreme Celestial Maiden — revered by ten thousand, worshiped by all four directions of heaven and earth, the most radiant pearl in existence. When had she ever endured such things?

Yet now everything had been rewritten. One person — this impossibly powerful — had raised his foot and stomped her beneath him.

“Rise up!” Shen Ming roared. Ten thousand beasts howled. Around him, creatures carrying the strongest bloodlines of mythological ancient times ran rampant, turning him into a God of Ten Thousand Beasts as he resisted Ye Fan’s fist with full force.

At last, he broke free.

And at the same time, the Dragon Maiden also invoked the Descent of the Gods — one after another, existences like solar deities stepped out of the void, illuminating the undying, helping her escape her predicament.

Ye Fan made no move to stop them. His expression cold and indifferent, he shook both arms and shattered the final Law chains in the void. Then he drove a fist into the sky above, where an immortal domain void was enshrouding him.

This strike surpassed all understanding. Every lightning bolt in the void vanished outright — then a thunderous boom rang out as heaven and earth collapsed.

The heavenly tribulation was over!

Normally, the lightning of a heavenly tribulation would gradually fade on its own. Now, had Ye Fan simply punched it into oblivion, blasting it back — a supreme act of irreverence toward the heavens?

With the thunder gone, this place fell utterly silent. The stars had long since been destroyed; only darkness and void remained, along with a few people facing each other.

“You all wanted to kill me this badly?” Ye Fan’s eyes moved, sweeping across each of them — the Divine Tiger, the Dragon Maiden, the Golden Celestial Maiden, and Shen Ming. All four wore grave expressions.

“Master, the Dragon Maiden destroyed several of our resource stars,” Hua Hua called out from the distant sky, aggrieved and outraged.

“That’s right — just a single point of my finger.” The Dragon Maiden’s eyes were cold. She extended one finger and tapped the air; the void split open, and the scene from moments ago replayed itself — a great star was pressed under that magnified finger until it simply collapsed and shattered.

“There are a few more — same thing. Does it hurt?” the Dragon Maiden sneered, pressing her finger down again. A few more great stars exploded, and clearly some cultivators who had not yet retreated were still upon them, dying unjust deaths.

“And there’s what Shen Ming and the others did,” Li Tian shouted.

Shen Ming sneered. With a lift of his hand, the void split open; before him, an ancient path crumbled, and blood spurted up. The scene from before played out as though utterly real — startling, heart-wrenching.

A Quasi-Emperor’s imposing might was on full display!

“No need to speak of it. I only killed a portion of celestial soldiers and generals — weak as insects, unworthy of the name,” the Golden Celestial Maiden said on her own behalf. Before her, a mist of blood billowed out, and some silhouettes appeared within it, filled with rage and unwillingness.

“You are trying to provoke me,” Ye Fan said calmly. “It will not unsettle my mind — it will only make you die faster.”

Having endured immense joy and sorrow, though anger stirred within him, his Dao heart remained unmoved. His battle power soared to a frightening height, and the blood inside his body crashed like a tidal wave, shaking the starry sky.

“Who kills whom remains to be seen!” Shen Ming said coldly. The humiliation he had suffered moments ago had driven his fighting spirit and pride to the very extreme; he intended to use every forbidden technique at his disposal to slay Ye Fan.

“The lot of you — are no match,” Ye Fan said directly, shaking his head. Like a deity standing atop the vault of heaven, he looked down upon them.

This feeling was deeply unpleasant. No one had ever looked down on them like this before. The expressions of Shen Ming and the Golden Celestial Maiden grew colder still. They mobilized every drop of their essence, spirit, and energy, ready to fight to the death.

“Ye Fan, don’t take them all! How about we split them — you kill two, I kill two,” the Holy Prince called out, walking over with his black immortal iron staff trailing splendorous rosy light, his golden fur gleaming and crystalline.

The faces of the Divine Tiger, the Golden Celestial Maiden, and the other two darkened even further at those words. Setting aside their identities — they were Quasi-Emperors. To be mocked and dismissed like this was an outrage too great to bear.

“Brother Monkey, you can’t put it that way — these people all came for me. I need to deal with them myself,” Ye Fan said.

These words made the expressions of Shen Ming, the Golden Celestial Maiden, and the others grow even more grim. What did they take them for — people to be killed at will? And now they were actually squabbling over who got to do it? This was beyond endurable!

Boom!

The Dragon Maiden made her move. The Ten-Thousand-Dragon Bell in her hand blazed with radiance, transforming into a furious dragon whose every segment was a massive violet-gold bell. Through heaven and earth it rang, reverberating endlessly.

Over ten thousand bell waves converged into a single beam of light and shot toward Ye Fan to kill him — the heavens crumbling, chaos opening anew, everything being destroyed.

In an instant, Ye Fan’s Circulating Qi Word Technique activated, reaching its absolute pinnacle. Time stalled — then seemed to reverse. The power of time could be seen in turbulent flux.

In a flash, he displaced himself tens of thousands of miles, evading that lethal strike.

“Catch!” The Holy Prince, in perfect wordless understanding, had prepared the Chaos Green Lotus long in advance and sent it flying into Ye Fan’s hands.

Ye Fan moved with the green lotus in hand. In this place, none could obstruct his path any longer. Above his head hung the Cauldron of All Things’ Primordial Qi; in his hand, jade light flickered. A single stalk with three leaves gave birth to all creation — as though a Heavenly Sovereign had been reborn.

Boom!

The great battle began. Ye Fan charged straight for the Dragon Maiden, fearless before her imperial Dao sacred weapon, shattering every ripple of force.

“This—” The onlooking crowd drew sharp breaths. Though they had heard of it, witnessing with their own eyes someone who could withstand the laws of an extreme Dao still left their hearts trembling.

Boom!

The weapon forged from divine-mark violet gold came alive; imperial Dao power surged. Bell after bell linked into a dragon’s form, every segment pulsing in rhythm, the bell’s tolling deafening.

This naturally caused the green lotus to shudder as well — it strained under great pressure, struggling to dissolve the supreme sovereign’s laws as the Demon Emperor’s Dao fruit bloomed.

Shen Ming and the Golden Celestial Maiden also charged in. The violet-gold imperial Dao weapon would not harm them, and the green lotus could only defend passively — so they were free to enter the battlefield and join the assault.

Hum!

Suddenly, Ye Fan reversed direction, changing his primary target in an instant and charging directly toward Shen Ming and the Golden Celestial Maiden.

“Roar—!”

From far away came a furious howl. The Holy Prince had gained the upper hand first — a single downward swing of his staff, and the Divine Tiger of the Sacred Spirit Clan was slain. A Quasi-Emperor fell here.

Everyone was horrified. That monkey was too terrifyingly powerful — so decisive, sending the Divine Tiger directly into a mist of blood; stones and flesh flew in all directions, stunning the soul.

The Holy Prince, having finished off his opponent, walked over with his immortal iron staff and cornered the Dragon Maiden, holding her in check — primarily to prevent her from unleashing any ancient imperial forbidden techniques.

“Ahh—!”

Shen Ming was roaring, having run into tremendous trouble. Every one of his Ten-Thousand-Beasts Immortal Swords slashed out to no effect — none could touch Ye Fan. His opponent was simply too fast.

The most despairing thing was that, in the end, his opponent stopped using the Circulating Qi Word Technique and simply stood there, meeting him physically head-on. He shattered the ten thousand beast-swords with his bare body, striking Shen Ming as though he had been struck by lightning.

The Golden Celestial Maiden was also attacking, but she could not keep up with Ye Fan’s pace and could not form an encirclement. It was like being perpetually two steps behind — all for nothing.

“Ten-Thousand-Dao Furnace!”

Shen Ming roared, and from the crown of his head erupted a black cauldron that sprayed immortal light; the furnace body then flowed with crystalline luster. On its surface, not a single symbol more or less — exactly ten thousand Great Dao symbols, all blazing to life.

This was his Dao Furnace, destined to accompany him through all his battles, the object with which he would attain the Dao. It had consumed vast amounts of his divine power, nurtured by his own blood essence into a Quasi-Emperor sacred vessel.

The cauldron above Ye Fan’s head flew out, crushing space, shattering all creation, instantly hurtling forward.

Shen Ming’s expression turned ferocious as he unleashed his full power. The Dao Furnace smelted all ten thousand Daos of heaven and earth, releasing infinite light — along with the fragments of his lifetime of Law and Dao, all gushing outward.

Yet when the Cauldron of All Things’ Primordial Qi pressed down, his ten thousand Dao symbols began to shatter. He could not hold it back. The threads of primordial Qi descended, pressing his furnace to the point of cracking.

Shen Ming’s face changed. His own furnace — his vessel of Dao-refinement — could not compare to his opponent’s, and might be destroyed at any moment. Fury and unwillingness raged within him.

He hastily withdrew the black divine furnace, evading the edge of the Cauldron of All Things’ Primordial Qi — unable to meet it head-on. He knew that under the heavens, no Quasi-Emperor vessel should be capable of withstanding a direct clash with that cauldron.

Ye Fan pressed forward. He was too fast. Law and Dao surged together within his flesh, his entire being having reached a state of absolute perfection; battle power soared, capable of unleashing an incomparable aura of dominance.

When the supreme strong fight, when Quasi-Emperors duel, this place thundered as all things were destroyed. Everything was obliterated — only chaos surged, as though heaven and earth were being created anew.

They fought fiercely. The radiance they unleashed flew into distant star domains, directly dimming an expanse of stars — such was the might of the invincible.

In the midst of combat, Shen Ming was forced to use his Dao Furnace as a body shield, for otherwise Ye Fan’s fist would have struck his body directly. A shattering sound rang out; his heart throbbed with sharp pain, and he spat a great mouthful of blood — his own Dao was severely damaged.

For Ye Fan had punched apart the black divine furnace, within which dwelt his Law and Dao.

To raise one’s hand and destroy the Quasi-Emperor vessel of a Forbidden Zone’s son — what manner of might was this? It was no ordinary divine weapon; even the supreme beings within the immortal mausoleum had nodded their approval of it once.

“Ahh—!”

Shen Ming cried out, but nothing could be changed. He was now in an extremely perilous state.

Ye Fan unleashed his phenomenon, sealing the universe in an instant, confining this expanse of space. Shen Ming could not move a single inch.

“Puff!”

There was no reasoning to be done, no mercy to be given. Ye Fan stepped forward, like an immortal king descending to the mortal realm, radiant from head to toe, black hair billowing. He approached Shen Ming and, with a single sound, tore him in two. Crimson blood dyed the heaven and earth red.

“I am unwilling!” Shen Ming’s body was rent in two halves. A fist-sized golden figure shot out from his skull, wailing in agony, its words laced with desolation.

He was, in every sense, a heaven-blessed prodigy. In ancient times he had warred across all under heaven; in the dark and turbulent era over a hundred thousand years ago, he had been present, tempering himself through it. Afterward, he had been sealed away by his forebears, and he had grown up through blood and fire.

He had never encountered anyone of the same level who could overwhelm him by force — yet today, he was humiliated to this degree, cleaved apart alive by a single person, his body rent in two halves. It was as though they were not even of the same realm.

His opponent was so young. His years of cultivation could not possibly surpass his own — and yet with such dominance, in a single motion, he had slain him, this peerless prodigy from the Forbidden Zone of life.

The two blood-soaked halves of his body toppled over — a sight so shocking that every powerful being who had come to this corner of the universe broke into a cold sweat across their backs. Too powerful. A Quasi-Emperor, walking to his end just like that.

A figure like a god or demon stood between the two halves of the corpse, treading in blood, eyes like lightning, dark hair dense and flowing, looking down upon all under heaven. That aura of dominance made every single person’s heart tremble.

Shen Ming’s soul rushed upward, but it could not escape this divine domain — Ye Fan’s phenomenon, like an immortal domain, had an assortment of great cosmic stars turning above and an infinite expanse of primordial creatures roaring below.

Ye Fan was like an immortal sovereign surveying his realm, looking down upon his subjects. And Shen Ming suddenly felt how absurd he was — reduced to something as insignificant as an insect.
